Zaui App: Set-up and Log-in

Overview

The Zaui App allows you to manage your business in real-time. You can access key features of the Zaui Software on the go.

In this article, we will be going over how to set up and login into the Zaui app.

Please Note: Currently, Point to Point Timetables Do Not Function With the Zaui App

Download the Zaui App

1. The Zaui App is available for Android users to download in the Google Play Store
2. The Zaui App is available for iOS users to download in the App Store.
3. If you use an iPhone you will need to trust Zaui as a developer to use the app. The instructions vary slightly based on the model and are listed below:

How to Install on your iPhone

iPhone Unable To Install "Zaui Mobile"

This error message will indicate that you have a pre-app store version of the app on your device. 
Delete all instances of Zaui mobile from the device to resolve this issue:

1. Go to Settings > iPhone Storage > Type Zaui 
2. Click on each app and select Delete App

Now the App can be downloaded and run from App Store.

Logging Into the App

1. Once downloaded open the Zaui App.
2. Go to servers.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the + sign to add your company URL as a server. 
   
   
4. In order to log into the app, your Zaui URL needs to be entered. Make sure you only include the information after https:// and before .zaui.net.
   
   For example, if your Zaui URL is https://companyname.zaui.net, you will just enter companyname, in the Domain Name field.
   
   
   
   
5. Once entered, click Save. A checkmark will appear next to the URL entered.
   
   
   
   
6. Log in using your user name and password (these are the same as for Zaui Core (Back Office).

These steps are the same for both Android and IOS devices.
