How to View Manifests, Check Customers In, and Search Bookings in the Zaui App

In this article, we will cover how to view manifests, check customers in, and how to search bookings.

Manifests

From your Zaui App, you have the ability to view daily manifests: both the entire day and individual activity manifests.

1. To view manifests select the manifest icon. 
   
   
   
   
2. From the manifest, you can select specific bookings to view the details of and check-in customers for their tours.

Access to manifests for drivers and guides will be the same as in your main system in that they can only see the manifests for activities to which they are assigned.

Customer Check-In

1. Check-in customers using a QR code scanner.
   
   

You can refresh your manifest quickly at any time. Simply hold your finger on the manifest screen and drag it down until you see a spinning icon at the top of the screen, This indicates that your manifest is re-loading.

Search Bookings

1. To find specific bookings you can go to the Bookings icon. You will see recent bookings already listed on your screen. 
   
   

You may also search for bookings using the search field. The app will search by Last Name by default, or you can choose to search by phone number or Booking Id by clicking the search title in the middle top of your screen.
