Smartwaiver allows you to save time by having waivers signed in advance. Once you have successfully configured your waivers in Smartwaiver you can use email notifications to have waivers signed ahead of time. |
This article will cover the following topics:
- Using email notifications to have your waivers signed in advance
- Using the manifest to track unsigned waivers
Smartwaiver Email Notifications
- Go to the relevant activity or activities in your Zaui system by navigating to Activities > Activity List, and click on the activity you want to edit.
- If you have successfully configured your waivers in Smartwaiver, you will see ‘SmartWaiver Integration’ in Zaui at the bottom of the first section of your activity settings tucked into advanced settings. Choose the waiver that will be associated with this activity.
- From the navigation bar, select Settings > Notifications.
- Select Tour Notification from the shortcuts panel.
- To enable Smartwaiver links add the following placeholder (Smart tag) {ACTIVITY_SMART_WAIVER} to your tour notification emails. (Tour-specific booking notifications).
- To add it to your booking notification emails (All bookings), the Smartwaiver link placeholder makes up part of the ‘Guest’ placeholder. This requires a little Html wizardry so contact Zaui Support if you want to go this route.
You may wish to add your waiver link in both your booking confirmation emails and your tour reminder emails. |
Manifest Settings
- From the navigation bar, select Settings > Manifest Layout.
- Select which manifest-type you wish to edit.
- Create a new column called Smart Waivers. Drag the Waiver Guest Summary to the manifest.
- Once customers have booked, waivers can be seen on the manifest including a list of customers that have signed and a link for each unsigned waiver.
