Overview
This article covers how to do a partial refund to a customer without cancelling their booking.
- From the navigation bar, search for the booking you need to provide a refund for
- On the next screen, click on Edit/Modify/Delete button next to the booking you wish to provide a partial refund for
- You will be brought to the Shopping Cart Contents page where you can click on Checkout at the bottom of the page
- Go to the bottom of the page and click Apply A Discount. Select the activity/package/product to apply the discount to, then select from one of the pre-configured discount amounts and discount reasons (not mandatory). Click the Apply a Discount button to process the discount.
- The booking will now have a negative balance and the system will no prompt you to process a refund. Select the desired Method of Payment to refund (usually it is the same that was used to pay for the original reservation) and process the refund.
- Click the Process Booking button to save your changes.
