Overview
This article will go over how to quicky remove an activity from an existing booking.
- Search for the Booking in the navigation bar
- From the Shortcuts menu located on the left hand side of the the itinerary screen click on 'Edit Booking'
- On the Shopping Cart Contents screen click the checkbox for the activity you want to remove, then click on 'Remove Selected'
- Next click on Checkout
- On the booking itinerary screen the system will prompt you to process a refund. Select the payment type for the refund, enter the refund reason (if enabled in your system) and process the refund
- Finally to save your changes, process the booking.
