Adjusting the Number of Passengers on a Booking

Overview

Things can change, and Zaui makes it easy to adjust an existing booking in Zaui Core (back office) by adding or removing passengers.

How to Adjust the Number of Passengers in a Booking

1. In Zaui Core (back office), use the navigation bar to search for the booking you want to edit.

2. Click on Edit/Modify/Delete.

3. On the next screen, click the Activity Name to access the Booking Screen.

   

4. In the Add an Activity section, adjust the number of passengers as needed.

5. Click Update and Checkout. If you do not wish to add a payment, simply select Override-Pay Later from the Payment Method drop-down menu and then Process Booking. 

   

If the booking has an outstanding balance:

• You will be prompted to either add a payment or issue a refund before reprocessing the booking.

• If you do not wish to add a payment immediately, select Override - Pay Later from the Payment Method drop-down, then click Process Booking.
