OTA bookings are coming through Zaui despite having a booking threshold set on the activity level. How do I fix this?
Troubleshooting Steps
You will need to set a booking threshold under the Channel Partner rules to restrict a reseller from creating a booking at a certain time.
- Select Resellers
- Click on Channel Partner
- Select the Reseller you are connected to
- Check the Channel Rules and make sure you have a threshold set
