My Custom Fields are not Showing in the Online Booking Engine

Question

I added a custom field in the Zaui back office but they are not showing in the Online Booking Engine. How do I fix this? 

Troubleshooting Steps

For your custom fields to display on the Online Booking Engine, you will first need to enable them in your Portal Settings.

1. From the navigation bar, select Settings > Online Bookings > Portals. 
2. Select the portal you wish to add the custom fields to, usually Default unless you have created more portals.
3. Scroll down to the Booking Screen Setup section, and you will see your newly created custom field.
4. Tick the box on the custom fields you wish to enable. 
   
   
   
   
5. Don't forget to scroll up to Save these changes.
