Overview
Point to Point activity shows 0-x and is not bookable even though the activity date is set correctly. There are a couple of factors as to why this happens.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Both the Max Capacity and Assign Equipment fields within the activity are populated. You will need to select only one or the other.
- The Pick-up and Drop-off location dates do not match the Start Date and End Date of the specific activity.
Important to note that these dates will need to match your Point to Point activity's start and end date for the availability to change |
