Overview
To avoid duplicate or unwanted changes, only one user is able to modify or edit bookings through Zaui Core (back office) or the Online Booking Engine.
If the user's session is idle for 10mins, the booking will automatically be released. |
Troubleshooting Steps
To make immediate changes to the booking, you can Clear Single Chart session in Zaui Core (back office)
- Select Settings
- Click on Database Management
- Under the 'Other Maintenance' section, select Clear Single Cart Session
- Enter the booking ID
- Select Commit. You will then see a screen with some of the user's details
- Select Commit once more to confirm the changes
