Overview
A Pricing Option is an add-on to a specific activity. It cannot be purchased without having the activity in your cart. Some examples of Pricing Options include add-on luggage, food, family rates, etc.

How do I Create an Activity Pricing Option?
- From the navigation bar, select Activities > Pricing Options.
- Click on Create Option from the shortcuts panel on the left.
- Enter a Name for the pricing option and a description (optional).
- Click Save.
Mapping Pricing Options to Activities
Once you have created your activity pricing option(s), follow these steps to map them to your specific activities.
- From the navigation bar, select Activities > Activity List and select the activity you wish to add the pricing option to.
- On the main activity set-up page, select Additional Settings, and click on the Add button in the Pricing Options Information section.
- Select the name of the Pricing Option you created.
- Enter values in the Price, Commission Rate, and Our Rate fields
- Check Available When Booking Online box if applicable.
- Enter a value for Cap Inventory if you want to sell only a certain amount of that pricing option (optional).
- Consider Part of Inventory if applicable (more information on this below).
- Scroll back to the top of the page and click Save.
Our Rate refers to your cost and Price is how much you are selling to customers. |
A Pricing Option can:
- be commissioned as part of the activity total (using the Commissionable flag)
- have a flat rate commission (using the Commission Rate field)
- have no commission applied at all (Commissionable flag disabled and nothing in the Commission Rate field)
Mapping Pricing Options to Passenger Types
The above scenario would be used to create Family Pricing Options. Once you have created your activity pricing option (for example. Family), follow these steps to map it and specify what passenger types you want the pricing option to apply to. Selecting this pricing option one time will add all selected passenger types to the cart for a set price.
- Either create a new activity or in the configuration screen of an existing activity, in the Additional Settings tab, scroll down to Pricing Options Information.
- From the drop-down menu, select Family as your Option
- Enter values in the Price, Commission Rate, and Our Rate fields.
- Check Available When Booking Online box if applicable.
- Enter a value for Cap Inventory if you want to sell only a certain amount of that pricing option (*optional).
- Select Consider as Part of Inventory to map pricing options to passenger types.
- For Map to Passenger, select a passenger type that will apply to this Pricing Option.
- Enter the necessary quantity of this passenger type for the Pricing Option to apply.
- To include additional passenger types, click the green + icon. Now select the passenger types and corresponding quantities.
- Scroll to the top of the screen and click Save.
Viewing and Selecting Pricing Options

Once you have created and attached your pricing options to your activities, you can add them to your cart during the booking process.
- Once you have selected the activity you wish to book on the desktop calendar, you will be brought to the Booking Page.
- Fill in your customer details and scroll down to Exclusive Options. If you have attached your pricing option to this activity properly, it will be visible here for you to add to your cart. In the example below, I created Water Bottles as Pricing Options.
Online Booking Engine
Your pricing option will be visible on the activity page of your online booking engine.
- Your customer will be able to see any pricing options attached to that particular activity under Additional Offers when making their selection online.
