Overview
Searching for a particular booking in your Zaui system can be done in a few ways.
- Using the Search Bar and Searching by Guest Name
- Using the Search Bar and Searching by Booking Number
- Your Last 10 Bookings & Most Recent Bookings
Using the Search Bar and Searching by Guest Name
- From the navigation bar, click in the search bar, filter by Guest Name and type in either the First or Last Name of the guest's booking you are looking for.
- Either click on the magnifier or press Enter on your keyboard for a search result to appear.
- The search results will display any booking where that guest name was used to complete the
reservation.
- You can then select any of the three action buttons (edit/modify/delete, itinerary or, attach a note to the booking).
Using the Search Bar and Searching by Booking Number
- From the navigation bar, click in the search bar, filter by Res Number and type in the Booking Number.
- The search results will display any booking that includes the number you entered. In the example below, I searched for '1', and the results displayed all bookings with a 1 in their booking number.
- You can then select any of the three action buttons (edit/modify/delete, itinerary or, attach a note to the booking).
Your Last 10 Bookings & Most Recent Bookings
The grey panel on the left of your Zaui Core (Back Office) desktop screen will provide a list of the last 10 bookings you were in as well as the most recent bookings worked on. This is another way of searching for a booking if it was recently booked/adjusted.
