The Operations Reports cover a variety of topics listed below. These will be your more commonly used reports.

Activities Nearing Capacity Report |
This report will outline the capacity of upcoming activities (up to 10 days in the future), how many have been booked on a given day and how many spots remain available. |
Category Summary Report |
This report provides you with a monthly calendar view of activities within a specific category. It will include the total number of bookings and the percentage of capacity remaining. It also allows you to click on any activity to go straight to the booking screen. |
Checked In - No Shows Report |
This report will display the check-in status of each booking on the manifest. It will display as either checked-in or no show. It also provides you with the option to filter by Company. |
Daily Credit Card By Activity Date/Transaction Date Reports |
This report will display credit card details per activity or transaction date. In accordance with PCI compliance, these details are purged 48 hours |
Daily Guide Schedule |
This report will show your guide schedule for all activities on a daily basis. |
Daily Lunch Report |
This report will outline guest lunches by date range and activity or category. A helpful report to pre-plan lunch inventory. |
Daily Pickup List |
This report contains your passenger list per activity and date range. It is the same as the Entire Day Manifest, except that it allows you to filter by date. |
Guides - Assigned/Not Assigned Reports |
Assigned - will provide a list of bookings with the names of the guides that are assigned to those activities. Not Assigned - will provide a list of bookings that do not have any guides assigned, in case you want to assign them. |
Gratuity Summary Report |
This report will display any bookings that have had a gratuity applied when a customer paid by credit card on the Zaui mobile apps. |
Monthly Forecast Report |
This report will display any remaining spots booked and open for each activity on a monthly basis. |
Third-Party Barcodes Report |
This report tells the user about the barcodes that have been uploaded to single or multiple ticket activities. It includes total barcodes uploaded, total assigned to bookings and total remaining. This report is used to track the remaining barcodes on third-party attraction activities so you can know when more barcodes need to be created. |
Ticket Scans Report |
This report will show when and how many times a ticket was scanned. It is used mainly for hop-on, hop-off operators so they can see how many times passengers scan onto the bus. |
Waitlist Entires Report |
This report provides a full list of all waitlisted customers for a specific date range. There is also a list per activity available on the home page dashboard. |
Weekly Guide Schedule - Activity/Driver/Guide View Reports |
Activity View - This report is similar to the Daily Guide Schedule Report but will display on a weekly basis, based on the activity. Guide/Driver View - This report is similar to the Daily Guide Schedule Report but will display on a weekly basis, based on the Guide/Agent selected. If the Guide/Agent is not scheduled within that week, it will not show up on the grid. Names will be sorted in alphabetic order. |
