How To Hide Inactive Employees for Reporting

If you have been using Zaui for a few years, or you have a high turnover of seasonal employees, you are likely starting to find a lot of this on any report which can be filtered by employee: 

Follow these steps to hide these expired employee profiles:

1. From the navigation bar, select Settings > Employees.
2. Click on the Employee profile you would like to hide.
3. Deselect the Available for Reporting flag.
4. Save your changes.

Once you save your changes, the employee will no longer appear as a filter option on reports. 

If you are running a report which does not use employee filters, bookings or transactions completed by an employee that has been made unavailable reporting will still appear. The above flag simply removes them as an option from the filter screen.
