This article will go over the error codes you may encounter when trying to log in to your Zaui system and what they mean.
Overview
Login Error 1011: Error in User ID
Login Error 1012: Password does not match what is on file.
Login Error 1013: New password has previously been used.
We do not recommend allowing your browser to save your Zaui system password or auto-fill the login page as it can create issues down the road when you are required to change your password. |
Troubleshooting Steps
If Zaui is experiencing issues, there will be a note on the login screen as well as a link to the status page.
If you haven't logged into your Zaui system in a very long time, your system might have gone into hibernation, in which case you will need to contact your Customer Success Manager or support@zaui.com.
