Navigating Google Things to Do in Zaui: Opting In and Out

Disabling Google Things to Do in your Zaui System

By default, all users will have Google Things To Do activated in their system. 
You can opt out of Google Things To Do with the following steps.

You can choose to opt out of Google Things to Do for an individual activity or for your entire Zaui system as a whole.

IMPORTANT: Enabling Google Things to Do without any input in the Google Settings section, whether on an activity or within your Zaui system, will not result in any adverse consequences. Your SEO rating and Google My Business account will remain unaffected by this configuration.

Opting out of Google Things to Do for a specific activity

1. Go to Activities > Activity List and select the activity you want to opt out of.
2. In the activity settings, navigate to the Google Settings tab.
3. Click the green "Toggle To Live" button. Once the button is grey, Google Things to Do is no longer active for that activity.
   
   

Opting out of Google Things to Do for your entire Zaui system

1. Go to Settings > Marketplace.
2. Scroll to find Google Things to do and click the title to edit the settings.
   
3. Click the Enable Google Things To Do green radio button. It should turn grey. Click + Save App Settings to save your changes.

Re-enabling Google Things to Do for a specific activity

1. Go to Activities > Activity List and select the activity you want to opt out of.
2. In the activity settings, navigate to the Google Settings tab.
3. Click the grey "Toggle To Live" button. Once the button is green, Google Things to Do is active for that activity.
   

Re-enabling Google Things to Do in your Zaui System

If you have opted out of Google Things To Do but wish to re-enable the app Enable Google Things to do complete the following steps:

1. Go to Settings > Marketplace.
2. Scroll to find Google Things to Do and click the title to edit the settings.
   
3. Click the Enable Google Things To Do grey radio button. It should turn green. Click + Save App Settings to save your changes.

If you have filled out any information in the Google Settings of your activity tab prior to disabling the Google Things To Do app, the fields will repopulate with your information upon re-enabling. For more information on Google Settings click here
