This article will review the steps required in setting up Moneris as your Payment Gateway in Zaui.
Setting up Moneris as Your Payment Gateway in Zaui
- Start by visiting the Moneris website to create & activate a new account.
- In Zaui, go to Settings > Credit Card Processing.
- Scroll towards the bottom of the page to find the section Processor/Payment Gateway Configuration and click the green +
- A small window will pop up. Under Gateway, select "Moneris" from the dropdown list.
- You will be asked to enter the credentials listed in order to connect your payment gateway. These can be found in your Moneris account.
If you are unsure where to find this information, contact your account representative or submit a via Moneris' website.
Once you have entered your credentials, click Save at the bottom.
- You will now see Moneris as a payment gateway option.
- If this is the only payment gateway it will automatically be assigned as default. However if there is an existing payment gateway, set Moneris as default by clicking the orange circle and you will be prompted to set it as active.
Once your Moneris account is successfully connected with your Zaui system, please complete a test booking of any amount to ensure the transaction is successfully processed.
Setting up a non default Payment Gateway for online bookings
Switching on a new payment gateway as default will enable it for both back office and online bookings. The ability to set a non defaul payment gateway for online bookings is an option found in your portal settings.- Go to Settings > Online Bookings > Portals > [Selected Portal].
- Scroll down the page to find Payment Gateway and select the payment gateway you want to use for online bookings in this portal.
- Do this for each applicable portal
