Individual Guest Details gives the ability to require guest details for each person booked on an activity. This article will go over the following

How to Enable Individual Guest Details
- Go to your Activities > Activity List and select the Activity you would like to update
- Under the Internet Booking Configuration section, click on Advanced Settings
- Enable the Require Individual Guest details flag
- Click Save
Individual Guest Details in the Online Booking Engine
Once you have your Individual Guest Details enabled on the activity level, your guests will see the fields to enter a Lead Guest and a Secondary Guest, this will change depending on the number of guests booked within a booking.
Email notifications
All guests will receive a copy of the booking confirmation. This includes any additional emails such as prompts to sign waivers.
| The Lead Guest is the primary guest who makes the payment for the booking. Only the Lead Guest has the ability to self-edit a booking. |
Important Notes
- The Individual Guest Details flag applies to each activity. If you require Individual Guest Details for all activities, you will need to enable the flag for all activities individually.
- Mapping a pricing option to a passenger under an activity with Individual Guest Details enabled is not compatible at the moment and will generate an error once the activity is saved.
- Individual Guest details are only compatible with Activities, they are not compatible with Packages
