What Are Customer Profiles?
Customer Profiles provide guests with the ability to:
Create accounts during checkout or online
Manage upcoming and past bookings
Edit bookings (within set rules)
Purchase add-ons such as pass extensions or additional credits
View available credits for future bookings
Update personal details for faster future bookings
Customer Profiles enhance the overall experience by allowing customers to self-manage their reservations and personal information, resulting in fewer support requests for your team.
Key Features You Can Look Forward To:
- Effortless Account Creation – Customers can create an account during checkout or directly from the Customer Portal with minimal steps.
- Organized Booking Management – Bookings are clearly separated into "Upcoming" and "Past" tabs, making it simple to find and manage reservations.
- Quick Edits and Cancellations – Customers can modify or cancel their upcoming bookings easily, reducing the need for direct operator intervention.
- Faster Future Bookings – Saved profile information means fewer forms to fill out when repeat customers make new bookings.
- Personal Information Updates – Customers can update their contact details and preferences anytime, ensuring their information stays current.
Creating a Customer Profile
Customers can create a profile in two ways:
During Checkout
At the end of the booking process, customers can select the Create Account checkbox. They will be prompted to enter and confirm a password.
Passwords must meet security criteria:
-
At least 10 characters
At least one uppercase letter
At least one lowercase letter
At least one number
At least one special character
Via the Customer Portal
On the Online Booking Engine (OBE), customers can click the three dots (top right), select Login, and then choose Create Account.
Customers must enter all required information, including a phone number, email address, and password.
If an error occurs during account creation (e.g., missing required fields like phone number), the account may not save properly.
Logging In and Accessing Customer Accounts
Customers can access their profiles via the three dots menu on the OBE
To log in, customers need:
Their email address and password
Or, if no account was created, they can still manage bookings using their booking reference ID and email Address.
If a password is forgotten, customers can request a password reset directly from the login screen.
Email Validation:
Upon account creation, customers will be sent a validation email. They must click the link to activate their profile. If needed, they can resend the validation email from the login screen.
Managing Bookings
Once logged in, customers can:
-
View and manage Upcoming Bookings
Edit or cancel (based on your system permissions)
-
View Past Bookings
Useful for quickly rebooking a favorite experience

Making New Bookings Faster
Logged-in customers can click the New Booking button to start a fresh reservation. The best part? Their saved contact details automatically prefill, streamlining the booking process and saving time.
Updating Personal Information
Within their profile, customers can:
Update their first name, last name, phone number, and address
Update or set a secure access code for account security
Important: Customers cannot change their email address after account creation. A new account would need to be created with a new email.
Customers can securely log out at any time from the portal.
