What is Yonder?

How does it work with Zaui?
By connecting your Zaui with Yonder you can automate sending reviews requests, showcase reviews for your tours/activities on each webpage, connect booking data for rich analytics, and automate FAQ's on your website. Choose one or use them all.
Connect Zaui to Yonder
Create an API key in Zaui and paste it into Yonder. Yonder automatically pull in your list of products and start listening for bookings.

Yonder regularly listens for new bookings in Zaui and pulls in customer information. Surveys are automatically sent after the finish time. You control when and how often.

Setting up the integration
Step 1: Create an Agent
- Go to Resellers > Agent
- Click on Create Agent on the left-hand panel and create a username and password
- Enter the first name, last name, and email in the Agent Information and click Save
Step 2: Give the Agent API Access
- Go to Resellers > API Integrations
- On the left-hand panel, click on Create ZAPI Partner
- Click Select on the Affiliate User field and select the agent that was created

Enable Allow access to Private Information
- Check the Enable Logging box
- Click Save.
Step 3: Add the Zaui API Interface information into the Yonder Booking System to complete the integration:
- ZAPI API Token
- Account ID
- User ID
Once you've entered the information listed above, click Activate.
When you navigate to the Products tab in Yonder, you should see that Yonder has automatically pulled in all of the product information. You can now activate auto-sending of reviews. |
