There are countless reasons to take advantage of using Fotaflo. The process of sending photos and videos to your guests can be as manual or automatic as you choose.

How Does It Work?
Our integration uses webhooks to share the name and contact information with Fotaflo including the date, start time and end time of the tour.
Using that information, Fotaflo will then create a reservation label that your staff member can assign to a tour using the Fotaflo mobile app.
If you choose to send pictures, videos or albums automatically, then emails or text messages are sent using the reservation label. You can also opt to send them manually, depending on your business needs.
How to Connect Fotaflo with Zaui
Fotaflo Settings
- Go to the Fotaflo integration settings page and select Zaui from the list of possible integrations. If you are unable to reach the page, please contact Fotaflo support.
- Choose the appropriate time zone for your location and select Create:
- Select the Manage Integration Keys button
- Click the Generate Integration Key button in the lower right-hand corner:
- Create the Fotaflo Webhook URL
- Copy the Integration Key that you generated in step 5
- Paste the Integration Key in this URL: https://[INTEGRATION KEY]:@2.fotaflo.com/reservations/zaui.json
- For example, if the [INTEGRATION KEY] were abcd1234abcd1234abcd1234 then the URL you copy to your clipboard should be: https://abcd1234abcd1234abcd1234:@2.fotaflo.com/reservations/zaui.json
Zaui Settings
- Go to Settings > Webhooks from the menu.
- Create a new webhook and fill in the Fotaflo webhook URL you copied in the previous section and click Save:
- Name: Fotaflo Booking Created
- Enabled: Checked
- Endpoint URL: *paste the Fotaflo webhook URL you copied
- Event Category: Bookings
- Delivered when: Booking Creation
- Delivery content as: JSON
- Create another using the same webhook URL but changing Delivered when: to 'Booking Amendment' and click Save.
- Name: Fotaflo Booking Amended
- Enabled: Checked
- Endpoint URL: *paste the Fotaflo webhook URL you copied
- Event Category: Bookings
- Delivered when: Booking Amendment
- Delivery content as: JSON
At this point the integration is live and any new or updated bookings will be sent to Fotaflo. |
Testing the Integration

Create a booking in Zaui making sure to select an appropriate tour date and time.

Look in Fotaflo for a matching label for the name in step 1.

Add the label to a photo and make sure the album has automatically delivered on the Albums page, this process can take up to 5 minutes.
Multiple Activities
If multiple activities are added to the same booking in Zaui, Fotaflo will create separate labels. This allows your staff to choose the activity-specific reservation label and keep the labels in the same format so they're much easier to find.
For instance, if a booking were created with a Zipline tour at 09:00 on July 3rd, 2021 and an ATV tour at 13:00 on July 4th, 2021 then two labels would be created for photographers to use:

In this case, one album will be automatically delivered to the guests once photos are uploaded for the Zipline tour on July 3rd. The photos taken on the ATV tour on July 4th will be added to the same album and the guest would just need to re-visit the original link sent to them to access the additional photos.
