Smart Tags allow you to personalize emails by dynamically inserting booking details, guest information, and activity specifics. Understanding Smart Tags
Some Smart Tags insert a block of multiple Smart Tags (e.g., Guest Details, Totals). These blocks cannot be split up. For example, Activity/Product/Package Details must always be attached to Guest Details.
HTML Placement: Some Smart Tags must be placed within specific sections in the email source code. If an HTML Placement field is blank, it means the Smart Tag must be placed outside of all begin/end tags within the source code.
