The Channel Management Report is a great tool to view the resellers' rules versus the actual occupancy of seats sold on a tour.
From the navigation bar, select Reports > Channel Management > Occupancy Rate Summary.
- This report requires you to choose a specific reseller and a date range, based on the transaction date.
- The fields that this report includes are inventory, total passengers, inventory capacity, reseller spots remaining and occupancy percentages.
- This report provides you with great insight into how your resellers are doing on a daily basis, the rules of each activity and their status.
- This is also a handy tool to use when choosing how to manage your resellers. For example, if GetYourGuide is selling out their sets consistently and the activity is not reaching full capacity, you may want to allow GetYourGuide to sell more seats, rather than not maximizing seats on your tours.
