If you are offering the type of activity/product that involves equipment (whether it's a bus or boat tour or a kayak or bike rental business), there are the reports you can run based on Equipment.
From the navigation bar, select Reports > Equipment

| Equipment Comments Report |
This report will display comments made by employees about equipment. The Driver employee-type will have an equipment comments field to optionally fill out their tasks when they log into the system. This is the comments box that will display on this report.

| Equipment Mileage Report | This report outlines all miles logged per shift on vehicles. |
| Equipment Utilization Report | This report outlines the number of passengers booked on a tour, the maximum capacity of the tour, available seats remaining, how many people are on the waitlist, and the percentage of occupancy your vehicles are using. You can set this report by activity and date range. |
| Revenue by Equipment Report | This report outlines the total revenue per vehicle per activity the vehicle is assigned to. |
