This article will go over how to do a partial refund to a customer on a booking and cancelling the booking.
- From the navigation bar, search for the booking you need to provide a refund for
- On the next screen, click on Edit/Modify/Delete button next to the booking you wish to provide a refund for
- You will be brought to the Shopping Cart Contents page where you can click on Cancel/Refund Booking at the bottom of the page
- Select the desired Method of Payment (usually it is the same that was used to pay for the original reservation) to refund
- Enter the refund details, including Reason for Refund, Specific Refund Details and Partial Amount to process
- With the remaining balance, you'll need to select Override - Pay Later
- Go back to the booking
- Select 'Cancel without Refund'
