All of the new features and bug fixes mentioned here are related to the new Online Booking Engine (OBE). If we are referring to the Legacy Booking Engine, we'll make sure to specify that! |

Fixes & Updates |
OBE (Online Booking Engine)
- Sold out Point to Point activities are no longer selectable online
- When switching a tour from the public version to a private tour, the passenger type will update accordingly
- Pick up time & notes for Zone & Location will appear when the pickup location is selected via the OBE
- Rental availability will display correctly on the Availability Calendar when multi-day rentals are booked.
- The Gift Certificate tab will no longer show when disabled in portal settings
- Rental Option times will display the correct pricing & availability when selected
Back Office
- You will now see a separate expiry setting for Open and Experience Gift Certificates in System Settings
- Rental duration will no longer update incorrectly when editing a rental booking
- Some clients were not seeing the client name come through on their Stripe reports for bookings via the OBE
- Fix for activities that were duplicating when a user tried to edit the booking
Reports
- The All Booking report, All Sales report, and Key Channel Partner reports now include Credit on Account
Mobile App
- Added "X" button in the top right corner to close the OBE & go back to the previous screen
- The app can now be used in either orientation
- The app will allow a user to book past the start time of the activity but will warn the user in any of the scenarios that previously would have lead to a declined booking.
- When loading a booking into the cart, the loading indicator will now go away when the load is complete. It used to stick around.
- Improved Cart Notes: notes are now handled in a separate modal which displays a textbox for each item in the cart where notes can be individually added or existing notes can be edited. There is also a new "Add Notes" button next to activities in the cart
Other Fixes
- Notifications - {PAYMENT_LINK} will now direct to the new OBE
This fix also included some updates to the default templates. In any notification where you give access to the Edit Bookings Online feature, you need to include the {REFERENCE_ID} smart tag so your guests have easy access to this!
