Quick System Update
We have made some exciting changes to your Zaui back-office Settings! System users were reporting that their demographic reporting wasn't accurate due to their country list not being up to date, not accurate, etc...so we did a thing.
Previously, each system had the ability to add/edit/remove countries. We've decided to do the heavy lifting for you so you no longer need to worry about keeping this list up to date. Countries listed in the drop-down menu will now pull from a central library that will be maintained & accurate at all times. Consider the case of the missing country officially solved!
This change will only affect the list of countries that display in the drop-down during the booking process so that you can capture your customers' country of origin.
For those using point to point activities - this doesn't affect how you set up your activities in any way.
As part of this update, the Manage Countries setting that was previously located in your Settings menu has been removed.
We just wanted to let you know in case you were wondering where that setting went!
