We have one vehicle that does the pick-ups for three of our tours. How do we manage this?
- Assign the vehicle (capacity) to a "parent" activity under Products > Manage Activities > Manage All Activities, and create your new parent activity.
- When creating your second and third "child" activities using the same equipment, select the parent activity in the Inventory is Shared/Managed By: field under the Capacity and Inventory Assignment section of the activity set-up page (in +Advanced Settings).
- The availability of the child activities will be managed by the parent activity and bookings for all three activities will show on the parent activity manifest.
