The Activities Reports allow you to keep track of revenue related to individual activities.

| Summary by Activity Report |
This report summarizes the number of bookings and revenue tied to each activity. You can compare the occupancy and average yield per passenger of each activity to make strategic business decisions. For example, this report could help you make decisions on how to allocate your inventory and other resources. The date range that you select is based on the date the activity occurs on. Trips refer to the number of trips that were sold in the time range. Under the People column, you will see 0/0/0/0/0 referring to the number of each passenger-type sold. The average yield refers to the net total divided by the total customers to get an average amount spend per person. |
| Summary by Category Report |
This report can be filtered by user and by the date range that the activity occurs on. This report also organizes the passenger count and the revenue per activity and then subtotals the information by category. The number that appears next to the name of the category is the category ID. |
| Summary by Interval Activity Time Report |
This report breaks down bookings on interval activities per time slot. If you operate a company that uses interval activities, this report will illustrate which time slots have the highest and lowest occupancy rate. This information could help you create promotions to drum up business in your slower time slots. |
| Detailed by Interval Activity Report | This report provides you with the same information as above but allows you to specify which activities or categories you would like to report on. |
| Summary - Capacity/Inventory/Booked Report |
This report shows how many spots are booked and remaining on each activity per date range. You can filter based on a specific activity, as well as on the date range the activity occurs on. This is another report that can help make decisions in managing inventories based on capacities throughout the seasons. |
| Category Summary by Company Report | This report will show you revenue broken down for a selected Company, and a particular date range. It will show you all activities within a Category that had bookings, the number of passengers booked, any discounts or commission applied and the net total obtained. |
