Overview
Companies are other businesses, or resellers, that sell your tours and activities to their guests. The reseller may either call your office or send an email to make a reservation or you can give them the option to book online instead.
You, the supplier, may then decide to offer them a commission as an incentive for them to keep selling your tours and activities. Commission is a relationship where the full payment for an activity/product is taken by either one of your staff members or the agent (ie - a hotel concierge or front desk agent) on behalf of the tour company, and a percentage of the total is remitted back to that agent.

Creating Reservations as a Commission Agent in Zaui Core (Back Office)
When creating a reservation in Zaui Core (Back Office), you will want to assign the Company and Agent under the Add an Activity section of the booking screen.
Creating Reservations as a Commission Agent on the Online Booking Engine
If you created login information for the agent in Step 3 above, have them enter their username and password into the Agent Login panel on the online booking engine by clicking on the three black dots icon in the top right corner. This will automatically attach their account to any reservations that they book online.
When it comes time for the agent to process payment, they will simply enter the guest’s credit card. When they book a passenger, a confirmation will automatically be sent to the agent's e-mail.
Further, agents have the ability to view their historical bookings and edit their account information from the online booking engine once they have logged in on the Agent Login Panel.

You can also provide agents with a specific URL (so they don't have to log in every time they want to make a booking!); check out this article for more info. |
