Once you have logged-in to your Zaui System (or into the Back Office as we call it), the first page you will see is your system desktop, or reservations page. Let's get you familiar with all of its great features!
In this article, we will cover the following topics:
You can return to the desktop at any time by clicking on your company logo in the top left of the page.
The icon is a great tool to inform you on what is new with Zaui. You can check if there are any new versions of applications available or which features were released in the past weeks.
The Support button will bring you to Zaui's Help Center, which is full of helpful articles and demo videos to get you comfortable with your system.
The Order menu will bring you back into your cart. When you hover over the icon you will be able to bring your cart to checkout or abandon all changes that have been made.

Use the Navigation bar to make your way through the system. The tabs are broken out in a clear way to organize the extensive list of features.
Last Viewed tracks the individual use of each user for quick and easy return.
The search bar is a great tool to search your system for past bookings. Most commonly, bookings are searched based on booking or 'res number', however you can quickly search based on any of the information listed below.
Use the calendar widget (red) to control the dates that appear on the reservations page.
The green circle that appears next to the category and activity title (in the above example, Horseback Riding and Bow Valley Loop) indicates whether or not the category and/or activity is available online.
The icons control individual functions of each activity.
The manifest icon (blue) allows you to view the activity-specific manifest for each activity with bookings by day.
Occupancy (green) takes into account the amount booked and the activity capacity to provide an occupancy rate.
Refresh icon (pink) allows you to clear the activity cache to update to the most recent details.
Each activity type (defined in this article) will have their own unique icon visible in the reservations dashboard.
The panels down the left-hand side are there for easy access. The first few panels are there for the addition of packages and products.
The Operations Overview relays general system stats for daily operations. This is the fastest way to access your Entire Day Manifest.
The Monthly Forecast button will open up a separate calendar to get a monthly forecast overview. It is colour-coded to show occupancy levels and is a great visual tool to manage capacity.
The Last 10 Bookings panel and Your Last 10 Bookings panel provide quick access to recent bookings.
The Historical Overview tracks general system stats over the calendar year.
You can configure whether you would like these panels to auto-expand or not by navigating to Settings > System Settings and scrolling down to Desktop under the Zaui User Interface Settings.
