If you like to cancel a particular date for a tour/activity or a block of dates, no problem, here's how.

1. From the main menu, select Tours | Tour Cancellations

• Select Create a Cancellation
  
• Provide the tour name, start date and end date and a reason for the cancellation.
• Click Save

To delete a cancellation:

• From the tour cancellations section, click the cancellation from the list
• When the system loads the cancellation, simply click Delete
• This will remove the cancellation from the system
