Setup of a tour/activity is simple.

1. Setup a tour group.

• From the menu system, select Tours | Mange Tour Groups
• Select Create a Tour Group
• Provide a group name, image (optional), and a description (optional)
• Click Save
  

2. Set up your new tour.

• From the menu system, select Tours | Manage All Tours
• To create a regular scheduled tour, select Create Regular Tour
• Provide the tour name, tour group (that your created in step 1), and duration of the tour.
• Provide pricing for adults, senior, student, child and infant. Prices here exclude taxes.
• Once your statisfied with your new tour, click Save
  

Once you have created your tour, click Reservations from the main menu. Your new tour will now show on your desktop for the date range that you specified.
